Fairview Training Center consists of 30 gently rolling acres surrounded by majestic views of the Blue Ridge, with 12 large grass paddocks, 12 stalls, a state-of-the-art 90 foot by 200 foot covered dressage ring with lights and mirrors, a round pen, and bridle paths on and off the property throughout the Blue Ridge Hunt country.
The main barn renovation was designed by the renowned equestrian architect, John Blackburn. There are automatic Nelson waterers in every stall, a spacious heated lovely appointed tack room, a large hot and cold water wash stall, and rubber matted floors throughout.
Fairview Training Center has built an extraordinary dust-free arena. One long side is walled with large glass windows to shield the rider from the elements. The other long side is open with beautiful views of the surrounding pastures and mountains. Ninety feet of mirrors cover one short side, and there are 40 brilliant flourescent light fixtures on the ceiling.
Fairview has 12 paddocks of various sizes for private, semi-private, or small group turnout. The farm has an abundance of lush green grass and gently rolling hills.
